How To Find Your Happy – Create The Life You Want

Why Do You Want To Change Your Life?

We all want to change our lives. We want to lose that weight. Heck, we even might want to travel the world and see what it has to offer. I want to do those things too. So much so that I spend hours of each day thinking about things that I can do, that will change my life for the better and propel me into the life that I want to live. I even have a ton of Pinterest boards, notes, YouTube videos and even blog posts on my dreams. But what’s stopping me from moving forward? What’s stopping you?

They say you should better yourself every single day. I truly believe that. There are so many things that I want to accomplish yet I feel as though there is so little time. I want to finally learn Spanish, maybe even French. I want to travel the world and see what else is out there for me. You all know that I want to lose 70 pounds and get my groove back.

When you want to truly make a change in your life, you have to put it into existence. Have you ever heard of speaking it out there? When you want something you say it and it just becomes. Well, it’s a little tougher than that, but the method does work in a way. You have to literally and I do mean literally, will yourself to that place. The greatest people on this earth wanted to be great so badly, that that’s what they became. They wished it, wanted it, and did it (no, not referencing Family Guy).

How To REALLY Lose Weight

So, I’m setting my goals right now. I’m no longer wishing, dreaming and hoping that something in my life will change. It’s time to do something about it. At this very moment, for the entire world to see and hold me accountable. I’m putting it out there for you to see and maybe, just maybe, it will inspire you to put yourself out there and accomplish your goals. I write this blog not only for myself but to inspire others to live their best life and move forward towards their wants and dreams.

THINGS I WANT TO DO WITH MY LIFE

Become a Polyglot ( know more than 5 languages)
Lose 70 pounds and maintain 170 pounds forever
Grow My Blog Exponentially (Become a larger content creator)
Grow My Business Exponentially (Private Volleyball Coaching)
Travel the World and Meet Incredible People

There I typed it, and you see it. These are my 5 things that I want to do within the next five years of my life. I did it and so can you, and that’s what we are going to do right now. I want you to grab a pencil and paper, better yet a notebook. It’s time to invest in a good notebook that you can journal your ideas. I have several, but this is the one that I’m using right now to good measure. (pictured below)

I use this notebook to jot down my hopes and dreams, blog post ideas, even just personal thoughts. Right now, we are going to use this piece of paper or notebook to write down your top five goals for the next five years. They can be long term or short term, they can be easy or hard. No matter what, this is what we are going to look at when we are feeling low and down. We are going to look at this when we are happy and things are going the right way. This is the very start of the process of ‘Finding Yourself’, so let’s call it what it is. Step 1. The next step (another blog post) in this ‘Finding Yourself Process’ is going to be creating a vision board and that’s going to be fun for us to do! *claps excitedly*

3 Ways To Learn How To Cook

How I Lost 8 Pounds – You Can Too!

Did you grab your paper and pencil yet? Oh, you did? Good. Let’s get down to business. I want you to think deeply. Put on some music that you like, go to a quiet place, and find your calm. Think about you 5 years in the future? Do you see her/him? What does she look like? Is she happy? Accomplished? Married with kids? What is she/he?

Next, I want you to think about your goals. What do you want to do with your life? At this very moment in time, what is your purpose? Do you not know? That’s okay, we will find out together, I promise. Think about something that you have always wanted to do? Travel to Asia. Go skiing in the Alps. It could be anything in the world.

Now It’s time to write some things down. I want you to write down five things that you want to do with your life in the next five years. Go ahead, do it. Come back to me when you’re down.

*waits patiently*

All finished? Good. Okay, so this piece of paper is going to be the first addition to our vision board so I want you to save it! What did you think about this instruction? You can do anything with a little help. In the comments I want you to comment one of your goals. It need not be private, just something general that you want to do. You never know! You might meet someone else who has the same goal as you and connect. Alright, guys, this is our first step through the door. Let’s keep moving forward. See you next time. Peace and Love ♡

Koko, this is a great article. It’s something that I actually go through on a daily basis, wanting to be a better, stronger person and to achieve my goals. My will power has become much stronger since becoming a mother I’ve quit smoking and drinking. I workout now, I keep a clean home and am eworking towards a career. I’ve never felt better and am going to keep pushing until I get where I need to be! But it’s really nice to hear a little inspiration. I hope you reach your dreams too! Never give up. 💜

Hi twin (in my mind)! Haha

Regarding one goal: I started my blog as a way to chronicle the goal of rediscovering myself.
I too have an interest in languages (français initially), fitness and more travel.

    So, there you have it.
Also, the format of your post is great.
And if you need an accountability partner, I’m your girl.

    Be very well Koko!
